Si los \u00e1tomos de estos elementos son mayores, pueden llegar a sustituir a los \u00e1tomos de hierro.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: left;\">ON EL MICROSCOPIO:<\/h1>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=&#8221;https:\/\/laboratoriodeforja.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/solucion-solida-sustitucion-e-insercic3b3n-scaled.jpg&#8221; alt=&#8221;Solubilidad hierro Inserci\u00f3n Sustituci\u00f3n&#8221; title_text=&#8221;solucion-solida-sustitucion-e-insercic3b3n&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.23&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.23&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Soluciones s\u00f3lidas de sustituci\u00f3n:<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Hay elementos que sustituyen aleatoriamente a los \u00e1tomos de Hierro (Fe) en su red cristalina como es el caso del Manganeso (Mn), del Niquel (Ni), del Cobalto (Co)\u2026<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Soluciones s\u00f3lidas de inserci\u00f3n:<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Si los \u00e1tomos son de peque\u00f1o radio at\u00f3mico &lt;0.1 nm (nan\u00f3metros), como con el Carbono, adem\u00e1s del Hidrogeno (H), el Oxigeno (O), el Nitr\u00f3geno (N), del Boro (B)\u2026 no sustituyen a los \u00e1tomos de Fe, sino que se insertan en los espacios que hay entre los \u00e1tomos de hierro.<\/p>\n<p><b>Los \u00e1tomos de carbono se introducen en los huecos existentes entre los \u00e1tomos de hierro. Aloj\u00e1ndose el carbono en el centro de las aristas y en el interior del cubo.<\/b> A temperatura ambiente la solubilidad del Carbono en el hierro es muy, muy peque\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La tama\u00f1o del hueco entre los \u00e1tomos de hierro depende de su estado cristalino, siendo la solubilidad del hierro gamma (912\u00baC \u2013 1388\u00baC) mayor que la del hierro alfa (hasta los 912\u00baC). Esta car\u00e1cteristica la aprovecharemos para modificar las propiedades mec\u00e1nicas de los aceros.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;4.23&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; custom_padding=&#8221;100px||31px|||&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_column type=&#8221;4_4&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.23&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.23&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">\u00bfTODOS LOS ELEMENTOS DE ALEACI\u00d3N ESTAN DISUELTOS EN LA ESTRUCTURA CRISTALINA DEL HIERRO?<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En el acero, podemos tener la presencia de elementos de aleaci\u00f3n disueltos en la estructura cristalina del hierro, pero tambi\u00e9n en forma de <strong>carburos <\/strong>(aportan dureza y fragilidad). Esto depende de la composici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica del acero y del proceso de tratamiento t\u00e9rmico al que ha sido sometido y de la temperatura.<\/p>\n<p>Algunos elementos de aleaci\u00f3n tienden a formar carburos de manera m\u00e1s predominante en ciertas condiciones de tratamiento t\u00e9rmico o en composiciones espec\u00edficas del acero.<\/p>\n<p>A temperatura ambiente, la presencia de carburos puede variar dependiendo de la velocidad de enfriamiento durante el forjado o tratamiento t\u00e9rmico. Si el enfriamiento es lo suficientemente r\u00e1pido, es posible que no se forme una cantidad significativa de carburos, lo que podr\u00eda permitir que m\u00e1s elementos de aleaci\u00f3n queden disueltos en la estructura cristalina del hierro.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00bfLos elementos de aleaci\u00f3n del acero se disuelven o forman carburos?<br \/>\nPodemos encontrarnos las dos formas dependiendo de la composici\u00f3n del acero o de su tratamiento t\u00e9rmico.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3146,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_et_pb_use_builder":"on","_et_pb_old_content":"<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>Conocer los materiales con los que trabajamos es de gran importancia cuando los forjamos, conformamos o los mecanizamos. Pero aun es mas importante cuando queremos modificar sus propiedades mec\u00e1nicas. \u00a0Mediante los tratamientos t\u00e9rmicos conseguiremos convertir un material blando y ductil en otro lo suficientemente duro como para una herramienta de corte.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n<h1 style=\"text-align:left;\">CON EL MICROSCOPIO:<\/h1>\r\n\r\n<hr \/>\r\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Comenzamos contando de que manera se ordenan los \u00e1tomos de hierro formando una estructura cristalina. Es interesante saber que el hierro cambia su estructura con la temperatura.
